The space

Brand new rental with all new furnishing in November ’22. Two ensuite bedrooms both with smart tv’s, comfortable king beds with luxurious sheets & gorgeously remodeled bathrooms. 3rd bedroom has queen bed and smart tv. 4th bedroom has bunk bed with full bed, twin up top and trundle bed pull out under full bed. Bunk bedroom is thoughtfully set up for children and has many kids books for guests enjoyment. Smart tv’s in all bedrooms except bunk bedroom. One tub/shower in the house in the hall bathroom across from the queen room & bunk bed room. The other two bathrooms have step-in showers with glass enclosures.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including multiple coffee maker options, plenty of glassware, plates, bowls, plastic ware for use for outside dining and in the pool. Cookware, bakeware, brand new appliances. Kitchen is set up with long stays in mind, so guests have plenty of amenities to make you comfortable.

There is a laundry room with washer & dryer for guest use. Multiple games for adults and kids. Pack-n-play available for guest use. 5 smart tvs throughout the home.

Outside, guests will enjoy a private pool and hot tub as well as a patio area with pergola with a dining table perfect for meals overlooking the pool. Also on the patio is a large sectional sofa perfect for curling up with a book or drinking a happy hour cocktail. There are 4 chaise lounges around the pool and a large umbrella. Lawn games are in the shed for guest use. Pool is NOT heated.

Kid friendly home with many amenities for children but please know that the pool is not fenced and it is your responsibility to supervise any children & non-swimmers in your group to ensure everyone’s safety while enjoying the backyard & home.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire home and backyard with the exception of two small locked linen closets in the house, one freestanding cabinet in the primary walk-in closet and one of the sheds in the backyard.

Other things to note

All essentials for a short stay are provided: sheets, towels, pool towels, paper products, shower toiletries and laundry supplies. High speed internet throughout. Each room has ceiling fans to help keep you cool during the hot desert summer.

Maximum of 6 adult occupants + their 3 dependents due to City of Scottsdale ordinance.

The pool is serviced once a week. You will be made aware of the day and approximate time the pool service arrives. Pest control & landscaper both come once a month, we will let you know if your stay coincides with one of these necessary maintenance visits.

There are two cameras on the property, both are in the front of the house and are used for security purposes only. There are no cameras in the home or in the backyard.
